What it was
Gambex described itself as a protocol connecting players, game developers and casino operators. Users could fund new games through a launchpad and share in their revenue, and Gambex planned an ETH-backed Games Liquidity Pool (GLP) as the house bankroll.
It ran on-chain jackpot games on Arbitrum, such as “King of Rugs”, and a casino at gambex.bet with third-party games. GBE was the protocol token on Ethereum. A separate casino token, GBET, was promised to GBE stakers and casino players, but we found no evidence that it launched.
Gambex's documentation said the code had not been audited. We found no named team or legal entity. On 1 January 2024 Gambex described its casino as “Licensed”, but it named no licence or licensing authority.

How it ended
Gambex never announced a closure. After the points portal launched on 23 April 2024, the X account posted for one more week; its last post, a liquidity reward update, is dated 30 April 2024. The casino account @GambexBet shows no posts.
The gambex.io web app was still captured by the Wayback Machine in January 2026. By 19 October 2026 it returned a Cloudflare 522 error (the origin server does not respond), and gambex.bet no longer showed the casino.
No official reason has been found.
Token today
GBE is an ERC-20 token on Ethereum with a total supply of 280,000.
Liquidity providers added about 123 ETH to the main GBE/WETH Uniswap V2 pool in 55 deposits and removed about 91 ETH in 33 withdrawals between November 2023 and August 2024, according to the pool's on-chain events. No single withdrawal exceeded 11.5 ETH, and on 19 October 2026 the pool still held about 4.18 WETH and 161,000 GBE.
CoinGecko lists no active GBE markets and last updated its price on 10 August 2026. The planned GBET casino token never appeared, and no official claim or migration process has been found.
Market and holder figures are snapshots from the date shown and change over time. This is not investment advice.
Questions
Did Gambex pull its liquidity?
We found no single large removal. Liquidity left the main pool in 33 smaller withdrawals, the largest about 11.5 ETH, and the pool still held about 4.18 WETH in October 2026.
Did the GBET casino token launch?
We found no evidence that GBET launched. It was promised to GBE stakers and casino players.
