iGaming Tokens: 0.21% of Crypto Value, 0.04% of Volume

Bar chart of market value in US dollars on 28 October 2026: Evolution $15.11bn, Flutter $13.70bn, DraftKings $10.16bn, MGM Resorts $7.18bn, Caesars $5.85bn, Churchill Downs $5.72bn, all iGaming tokens $5.68bn, Super Group $5.37bn, Entain $4.00bn, Rush Street $3.77bn, Penn $1.98bn, Genius Sports $1.72bn, iGaming tokens excluding RAIN $0.72bn

All iGaming tokens (GambleFi tokens) together were worth $5.68 billion on CoinGecko on 28 October 2026. That is 0.21% of the $2.74 trillion crypto market, and just below the stock-market value of Caesars Entertainment ($5.85 billion) or Churchill Downs ($5.72 billion). Their share of trading is smaller still: the category moved $26.5 million over 24 hours, 0.043% of the $61.5 billion traded across crypto. Both figures come from CoinGecko, which lists 121 tokens in its gambling category, 105 of them with a market cap.

One token carries the total

RAIN accounts for $4.97 billion of the category (87.4%) and $19.4 million of its volume (73%), as our earlier check of RAIN’s weight in the category found. Without it, the remaining 104 tokens are worth $0.72 billion, 0.026% of crypto, and traded $7.1 million, 0.012% of volume. That is less than half the market value of Genius Sports ($1.72 billion), the smallest of the eleven listed companies we compared. Measured per dollar of market cap, the category traded 0.47% of its value in a day, against 2.24% for crypto as a whole; excluding RAIN the figure is 1.00%.

How it compares with listed gambling companies

Using Yahoo Finance quotes taken at the same time, Evolution was valued at $15.11 billion, Flutter at $13.70 billion, DraftKings at $10.16 billion, MGM Resorts at $7.18 billion, Super Group at $5.37 billion, Entain at $4.00 billion, Rush Street Interactive at $3.77 billion and Penn Entertainment at $1.98 billion. The whole token category is 56% of DraftKings and 38% of Evolution. These are market values, not sizes of business: a token’s market cap is price times circulating supply, a different thing from the equity of a company that earns revenue and pays tax.

CoinGecko’s own category endpoint showed $5.66 billion and $16.9 million at the same time.
Category: market cap $5.68 billion (0.208% of crypto), 24h volume $26.53 million (0.043%); RAIN $4.97 billion and $19.40 million; excluding RAIN $0.72 billion (0.026%) and $7.13 million (0.012%).
Companies: Yahoo Finance market caps, 28 October 2026; Evolution converted from SEK at 0.1007 and Entain from GBP at 1.3305 (Yahoo rates). Light & Wonder was left out because Yahoo returned no market cap.
Not covered: tokens outside CoinGecko’s category, fully diluted value, and private operators such as Stake or Shuffle.

How to read it

Volume on CoinGecko is the sum of what it tracks across exchanges and may include inflated figures from small venues, so the low trading share may if anything be generous. Prices move quickly: a day earlier the same pull put the category just above Caesars; on 28 October CoinGecko showed it down 2.1% over 24 hours, with RAIN down 2.6%, which moved it below Caesars and Churchill Downs.

Why it matters for GambleFi

An iGaming token is a small corner of crypto in both value and trading, and the gap between the two shows how thin the market is. Our other checks look at order-book depth and fully diluted value against market cap, and the statistics page collects the latest figures. This is a data report, not investment advice.
