Licence Check: 17 iGaming Token Platforms, 3 Registers

Bar chart of register results for the operators of 17 iGaming token platforms in October 2026: 7 active Anjouan entries, 2 Curaçao licences in term, 2 in assessment, 3 expired or on appeal, 1 Tobique entry and 7 with no current entry found

Most iGaming token platforms, also called GambleFi platforms, name a gaming licence in their footer or terms. We checked the operators of the 17 platforms we track against three official registers: the Curaçao Gaming Authority’s online gaming register of 20 October 2026, the most recent it has published, and the Anjouan (DIRA) register and the Tobique Gaming Commission’s licence-holder list, both checked on 24 October. Ten platforms had at least one current entry. For seven, we found none. Seven of the ten hold an Anjouan licence, whose legal basis the government of the Comoros disputes.

How we checked

We took each operator’s name from the platform’s terms or footer, or, where a regulator has named the operator, from that decision, and searched the registers for the company and its domains. “Not found” means not found in these three registers on these dates. An operator could hold a licence under another company name or from a regulator we did not check, and the DIRA register lists active licences only. We counted an entry as current if the register lists it as active, within its term or under assessment. The results are a record of what the registers show, not a judgement of any platform.

Anjouan: seven platforms

The DIRA register lists active licences for BC.GAME (Twocent Technology Limited, ALSI-202410011-FI1, covering bc.game and further domains), Chips.gg (Notyarg Ltd, ALSI-192407025-FI2), Moon Roll (Space Entertainment Ltd., ALSI-202412032-FI2), Rollbit (Acacia Tech Ltd, ALSI-042308006-FII) and BazedBet (FjordFront Solutions Ltd., ALSI-182407012-FI1). One licence, ALSI-202408036-FI2 held by Taktonum Group N.V., covers both weiss.games (WeissBet) and fairspin.one (Fairspin).

The Comoros government told The Guardian in October that licences sold in Anjouan’s name have no legal basis. The Central Bank of the Comoros said in a communiqué of 8 December 2025 that no licence has been issued for online betting and gambling and that bodies such as the Anjouan Offshore Finance Authority are not recognised; it does not name DIRA. Our Comoros report covers the dispute. That report counted six tracked projects on the DIRA register; WeissBet is the seventh because its domain sits on the same licence as Fairspin. All seven licences above were still listed as active on 24 October.

Curaçao: two in term, five not

The operators of seven platforms appear in the CGA register, which on 20 October listed 524 B2C licences, 260 of them with an assessment in progress and 51 expired. Two are within their term: Natural Nine B.V., which runs Shuffle, holds OGL/2024/1337/0628 for an indefinite term from 24 December 2025, and DG Innovations B.V., named by Casino Guru as DEDPRZ’s owner, holds OGL/2024/1273/1142 from 25 May to 25 November 2026.

Two terms have ended with an assessment in progress: BetFury’s Universe B Games B.V. (OGL/2024/1494/0942, ended 31 July 2026) and Fairspin’s Techcore Holding B.V. (OGL/2024/222/0540, ended 14 April 2026). Taktonum Group N.V., the Anjouan licensee for WeissBet and Fairspin, also holds OGL/2024/148/0616, likewise ended 14 April and under assessment; the register does not list domains. Rollbit’s Bull Gaming N.V. licence is the only B2C entry listed as expired and re-evaluated in administrative appeal, as our Rollbit report describes. MIBS N.V., which Sweden’s regulator names as the operator of tg.casino and the WSM casino sites, held OGL/2024/1718/0938 until it expired on 24 December 2025.

Tobique: one Canadian site

BetFury’s Canadian site, betfury.ca, is run by Jety Games Limitada under Tobique licence No. 0000084, according to its terms; the commission lists Jety Games Limitada as a B2C licence holder until 26 June 2027. SolCasino’s terms say its operator, Three Gaming Limitada, is licensed by Tobique but give no licence number. The commission lists a “Threegaming Limited” until 19 December 2026; we could not confirm that it is the same company.

No current entry found

For seven platforms we found no current entry in any of the three registers. SX Bet (Nextgen Blockchain Technologies Ltd.) and WickedBet (Green Light Software Systems) appear in none of them. SolCasino’s link to Tobique is unconfirmed. TG.Casino and WSM Casino share the expired MIBS licence. HunnyPlay’s footer cites Antillephone licence 8048/JAZ2024-001 for Alchemy Games N.V., which is not in the CGA register; Casino Guru marks that licence as “Fake”. Casino Guru shows an Anjouan licence, ALSI-202605011-FI1, for Owl.Games, but that number is not on the DIRA register. Two other cited Anjouan numbers are missing from it as well: ALSI-202504048-FI2, cited by DEDPRZ, and ALSI-202508047-FI2, which Casino Guru gives for Fairspin.

Why it matters for GambleFi

An iGaming token’s burns, staking rewards or revenue share, explained in our game mechanics guide, all depend on the casino behind it staying open. A licence is no guarantee of that, but it decides who supervises the operator and where players can complain. Curaçao’s new crypto rules apply only to its own licensees, and the Anjouan licences are disputed by the Comoros government itself. The risks page of each project, linked above, records the register entries with dates and sources, and our Graveyard shows what happens to tokens when platforms stop. This is a data report, not legal advice.
